Who is Leo Conde?
I’m a Brazilian-born Art Director and 3D Motion Designer based in Dallas, focused on crafting visual experiences that balance strong concept with precise execution.
I work closely between concept development and execution, helping translate ideas into visuals that feel intentional, cohesive, and production-ready. I’ve collaborated with production companies, creative teams, and global brands like Rolex, Verizon, Pizza Hut, and Citizens Bank, contributing to projects that range from large-scale experiential installations to high-end motion pieces and branded content.
While my foundation is deeply technical, my focus is creative direction. I’m driven by composition, light, and storytelling, always looking for ways to elevate an idea beyond execution and into something memorable. Whether I’m building a visual system, refining a look, or supporting a broader creative vision, I approach every project with a director’s mindset.
Over the years, I’ve developed a multidisciplinary perspective, blending influences from cinematography, photography, and design to create work that feels intentional and cohesive. I believe strong visuals don’t just look good, they communicate clearly and leave a lasting impression.
Outside of work, I’m usually exploring new ideas, building personal projects, or spending time with my wife watching films and taking care of our online store, always paying attention to the details that make great experiences feel effortless.
